He should be arrested for that!. If I were the judge I’d jail him for at least 5 years for the unprovoked killing of a dog. It’s not as if the dog was attacking anyone and sounds as if it was behind a fence. I would also make him pay at least £20,000 to the neighbors in compensation for distress caused.
